1. Deposits:
– A deposit is required to secure your reservation for a low-speed vehicle from NV Motor Group.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits:
– All deposits made for low-speed vehicles are non-refundable. Once the deposit is received, it is considered a commitment to purchase, and the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Reservation Transfer:
– Deposits are non-transferable between customers or to other products or services offered by NV Motor Group.

4. Vehicle Customization:
– If the low-speed vehicle is subject to customization based on customer preferences, the non-refundable deposit covers the costs associated with initiating the customization process.

5. Cancellation by NV Motor Group:
– In the rare event that NV Motor Group is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances or other reasons, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit.

6. Order Completion:
– The deposit is applied towards the total purchase price of the low-speed vehicle. Upon completion of the order and the agreed-upon payment, the deposit will be deducted from the final amount due.

7. Refund Request:
– Refund requests will not be entertained for non-refundable deposits. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all specifications, terms, and conditions before placing a deposit.

8. Changes to the Refund Policy:
– NV Motor Group reserves the right to make changes to this Refund Policy. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the policy periodically.
